Wild at heart / hope is a dangerous thing for a woman to have….
Damn it Lorde!
It literally sounds like Wild at Heart
Wait what? Is this wild at heart by Lana del Rey? … man it sounds exactly like it.
She's so contrived it's unbelievable .
So you come back with this...? Girl, not a good job, not even a semi good job. This is without any taste
This song reminds me of something Taylor Swift would write :-) Lorde's voice is so much more elegant when she sings with vulnerability
What the F. Did I just watch.
idk if its just me but can't relate to this song at all.... when I read the comments I can't understand and I feel like my problems are so much more long lasting and darker than most... idk the song is fine but it seems shallow to me
Antonoff, turning all he touches into the same thing
I FUCKING AGREE
YES YES YES
WOW this is bad
To me this is not what I expected from her... It feels plain and simple, nothing like PH or Melodrama... Disappointed so far. Lorde is supposed to bring us interesting and new sounds. Still a beautiful ballad though don't get me wrong, but I won't love it as much as I did for her previous albums if she takes this route for the whole album.
Is that Not from : Who killed sarah ?
My dear queen bee
Sounds just like “Hope is a dangerous thing…” and “How to disappear” by Lana.
Fleet Foxes - Shore vibes : both visual and sound <3
Am heal to find this master piece 😊😍
is this Wild at Heart by Lana?? lol Jack needs a BREAK
My name is Khalid Akinsola and I'm a Lorde fan!!!!!!!
I really like how this song make you feel!! It's so beautiful! 💛
The Lyric about her being kinda like a prettier Jesus is just... No. Common now
I'm not even christian and that offended me :/
Randy looks different lol 😂
2x times speed is just 👌👌
New song is so disappointed
Best in x2
I came here after watching "What my friend send to me at 3 P.M"
Imagine 5-10 years ago someone told you Taylor, Lana and Lorde would be making the same style of music. Jack Antonoff's impact 😍
I love rhis song and omg id kiss this girl in video shes so beautiful
This song turned off my autopilot mode
i hear a lot of Hope Is a Dangerous Thing.. thing in this one
2x speed= granny 3 am memes
Omg is like wild at heart by lana del rey !!!!
I am getting real cult kind of vibes from this
I was lukewarm about Solar power but this is the Lorde I love: introspective, delicate, vulnerable yet soothing and exhilerating.
dude smoking the Cig like "this bitch dancing ontop of my car, AGAIN"
For those saying that Jack should rest bc Lorde now sounds like Lana and whoever, is childish. IT HAS BEEN YEARS and Lorde, like most of us, has grown so much. It shouldn't always be thematic. Artists like Lorde, Taylor, and Lana just don't accept whatever is given to them. Lorde is present when this was created. And Lorde knows when to approve
And all of us who are listening is not. So who are we to say such stupidity 😆 #stopcomparingartists
She is an ARTIST for fcksake
How can you not be stoned at the nail salon with those fumes? This song feels compatible with my mood right now, the way Liability would be, but in a successive chapter. Love it.
Wow, what a beautiful girl...and talented.
wild at heart
[Verse 1] Got a wishbone drying on the windowsill in my kitchenJust in case I wake up and realise I've chosen wrong I love this life that I have The vine hanging over the door And the dog who comes when I call But I wonder sometimes what I'm missing [Pre-Chorus] Well, my hot blood's been burning for so many summers now It's time to cool it down, wherever that leads [Chorus] 'Cause all the beautiful girls, they will fade like the roses And all the times they will change, it'll all come around I don't know Maybе I'm just stoned at the nail salon Maybe I'm just stonеd at the nail salon again [Verse 2] Got a memory of waiting in your bed wearing only my earrings We'd go dancing all over the landmines under our town But the sun has to rise When it does, we'll divide up the papers Two former hell-raisers I'm still crazy for you, babe [Pre-Chorus] Well, my hot blood's been burning for so many summers now It's time to cool it down, wherever that leads [Chorus] 'Cause all the music you loved at sixteen you'll grow out of And all the times they will change, it'll all come around I don't knowMaybe I'm justMaybe I'm just stoned at the nail salon again [Bridge] Oh, make it good Oh, make it good I'd ride and I'd ride on the carousel'Round and 'round forever if I could But it's time to cool it downWhatever that means [Chorus] Spend all the evenings you can with the people who raised you'Cause all the times they will change, it'll all come around I don't knowMaybe I'm just stoned at the nail salonMaybe I'm just stoned at the nail salon again

Sounds a little similar to Lana darl Rey (hope is a dangerous thing for a woman like me)
Truly reminds me of midsommar movie

:( :) :(
I love how Lorde criticized Lana for portraying a hedonistic lifestyle in her music but here she is singing about being "stoned at the nail salon." Isn't Lorde 25 now? That was about the age Lana made Born to Die so I guess now she's starting to understand what Lana was going on about in her music and not everything is that simple to rationalize in the adult world as you would as a teenager.
No. Lorde criticized Lana for her out of touch, cliche lyrics about opulence and the shirt tugging obsessive romance of needing a man. She is still correct because Lana’s music still cover those same broad topics with the same cliches about americanism and love. This song is more about the existential dread of realising time is always moving forward no matter what you do. It’s the feeling of being out of touch with your senses and that’s where the metaphor of being stoned in the nail salon fits. Lorde is one of the most intelligent writers in pop while Lana is just another American. Big difference.
I havent talked to my family in 11 months and moved 2300 miles away. This fits. Theyre all klepto meth addicts
This is much better than that first song
"when you call, i'll forgive and not fight" is such a vulnerable and powerful line.
The song : exists Me : trying to find th 2x speed one
Lordy Lorde. New Lorde🙂👍
the twin of 'hope is a dangerous thing for a woman like me to have' 😢😢
